I grew up surfing at Queensie and only moved last Xmas to the north coast. I have been supporting Lifeline for I don't know how long (I'm 70) I lost my first friend to suicide when I was 20, a fellow Queensie surfer. Since then I have lost or know directly people who have suicided. It is a heartbreaking experience.
