I’m Moving for 60 alongside the Vipers Run Club this Mental Health Month!  

With every minute I move, I’m proudly supporting Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli, a charity dedicated to delivering vital crisis support and suicide prevention services right here in our local community. 

Your generosity can make a real difference, ensuring anyone facing crisis, isolation or distress has somewhere to turn and someone to talk to when it’s needed most – day or night.  

Just $39 covers the cost of answering one call from someone facing crisis, isolation or distress. All donations over $2 are tax deductible, and every contribution makes an impact.  

Together, we can bring safety, connection and hope to our community, helping ensure no one has to struggle alone.
