About Move for 60

Move for 60 minutes in honour of the 60 men lost to suicide every 60 minutes globally

Proudly Supporting Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli

As part of the national Lifeline network, Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli has been delivering vital wellbeing and suicide prevention services to our community for over 50 years. From free financial counselling and crisis support to affordable face-to-face counselling, we’re dedicated to realising our vision of an Australia free of suicide.

In that time, we’ve answered over 1 million crisis calls and provided thousands of counselling sessions – none of which would have been possible without local generosity and support. Every dollar raised or donated helps bring safety, connection and hope to our community, ensuring anyone struggling to cope has somewhere to turn and someone to talk to – day and night.

About the Vipers Run Club

The Vipers Run Club is more than just a running group. Founded in 2019 as a space for men to connect outside the pub, it’s grown into a supportive community of over 160 members.

Their goal is simple: to use running as a vehicle to promote wellbeing – showing up for one another through life’s challenges and successes. Community and belonging are core Viper values, and with the Vipers Run Club, you never run alone.

As Northern Beaches locals the Vipers are proud to partner with Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli in support of our community. This Mental Health Month, we’re inviting everyone to join them at Queenscliff to Move for 60 and run side by side as part of something bigger.
