I am fundraising for Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli

This Mental Health Month, I’m taking part in Moving for 60 alongside the Vipers Run Club to support Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli.

Mental health struggles can be incredibly isolating. Some people are quietly carrying anxiety, depression, grief, trauma or thoughts they may feel unable to share with anyone.

For someone in that place, having a person there to listen - without judgement - can be a lifeline.

That’s why this cause matters to me.

Every minute I move is helping raise funds for Lifeline, supporting their vital crisis support and suicide prevention services across our local community.

Just $39 can cover the cost of answering one call from someone experiencing crisis, distress or isolation.

That call might be the moment someone feels heard. The moment they realise they aren't completely alone. The moment they decide to keep going.

If you’re able to donate, even a small amount can help make sure Lifeline is there when someone needs support the most.

Donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.

Thank you for supporting me and, more importantly, for helping support people who are doing it tough and may be struggling in ways we can't see. ❤️

Please donate if you can. Every contribution matters.
