OCEAN ROCK POOL TOUR– PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE FORM By registering for and participating in the Ocean Rock Pool Tour (the “Event”), I acknowledge and understand that:
• Swimming is a physical activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, injuries, and other unforeseen hazards.
• I am voluntarily participating in the Event and assume all risks associated with my participation.
• I release Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli, event organisers, volunteers, sponsors, venue owners, and all affiliated parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries that may occur before, during, or after the Event.
• I confirm that I am in good physical condition and able to participate in the Event.
• The Event will proceed rain or shine, except in cases of extreme weather where safety is compromised.
• If the Event cannot take place due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, it will be rescheduled to a later date at the organiser’s discretion.
• No refunds will be provided including in the event of postponement or if I am unable to attend the rescheduled date.
• I grant permission for photographs, video, and audio recordings of me to be used for promotional and fundraising purposes by Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli.
• If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will notify event organisers in writing before the Event.
