Hi everyone

I’ve had a fantastic day cycling from Palm Beach to Manly and swimming at 14 rock pools along the way. 

Surf conditions were wild early on (Avalon was a washing machine…Mona Vale approach treacherous…) but the weather for the event was perfect. Sunny with a light breeze. 

Lifeline did a great job organizing - morning coffee and pastries provided at Bilgola, picnic lunch at Collaroy and beers at Seventh Day to close out an epic day!

I’ll be back!
