I’m sitting here with gratitude for my sponsors’ generosity and thoughtfulness. I’m thinking  - how good people are to support a cause when the world is seemingly heading to hell in a hand basket. When there is so much financial uncertainty and potential stress to face. 
I was thinking about people who are already on the brink. The people who are vulnerable to financial stress, to the constant bombardment of negative news, to social media’s influence on despair.
And I’m thinking how crucial a service like Lifeline is right now.
