I'm fundraising for...

I'm fundraising to support Lifeline Northern Beaches, a local charity that’s saving lives right in our own backyard. Every dollar raised from the Lifeline Classic will help Lifeline Northern Beaches continue to provide 24/7 support for people in crisis.

Donating $39 covers the cost of answering a call that could save a life.

Donations over $2 are tax deductible.

Together we can ensure that no one has to face their darkest moments alone.

Project Jan 26' - Week 4 (28/31)

Wednesday 28th Jan

I’m heading into Week 4 of Project Jan ’26 with 644km logged for the year and just three days left in the challenge. Writing that down feels a little surreal.

When I started this month, the focus was simple: show up every day and see what consistency would teach me. Somewhere along the way, it turned into something much bigger. Through this challenge, we’ve managed to raise over $600 for Lifeline. That alone has made every kilometre worth it.

I’m deeply grateful to everyone who donated, shared the fundraiser, or sent messages of encouragement. And to those who’ve been there since day one, quietly rooting for me, you know who you are. Your support has mattered more than you probably realise.

This month hasn’t just tested my legs. It’s tested my ability to balance life. Between working two jobs, coaching my athletes, getting my gym sessions done, and keeping my side business moving and that’s something I’ve come to value .

With three days to go, the goal now is simple: carry this momentum through to the end and finish the month strong. Not for the numbers, but for what this process has already given me.

Project Jan ’26 - Running with Purpose

Sunday 18th Jan

Hi, I’m Bong.

Since January 1, I’ve been on a personal challenge I call Project Jan ’26 , running a half marathon every day for the month of January. What started as a way to push myself, to show up consistently, and to see what my body and mind were capable of, has become something bigger than just miles.

For the last 10 days of this challenge, I wanted to do something different, something that could make a meaningful impact beyond my own fitness journey. I’ve decided to fundraise for Lifeline Northern Beaches, a local organisation providing life-saving mental health support and crisis services.

These services make a real difference to people struggling in our community , people who may not have the option to “just keep running.”

I wanted this fundraiser to be as personal as the challenge itself. I’m not just asking for donations; I’m inviting you to join me in supporting mental health in our local area. Whether you contribute, share the fundraiser, or simply learn about the services available, every effort helps strengthen our community.

Thanks for being part of this journey, and for helping me make the last 10 days of Project Jan ’26 about something bigger than myself.

Keep doing what you do best, bro. You inspired me to step up and sign up for my first half and full marathons this year. I’m putting in the miles now so I can be right there running next to you soon.
